He is the chief engineer at the Brook and is always making something. His analytical approach to every problem can sometimes be a problem but he is good to have around when there is something to figure out. Always ready with a warning, Bernard stands guard at the head of the Brook. He is continually thinking about the future and trying to figure out how to be ready for any situation. He is a master planner and that is a good thing. Bernard can seem a bit stuffy at times, always trying to reduce situations and things down to calculations, but he really has a heart of gold.
